Once upon a time, everyone wanted their own private office.  We built our building with two sizes available . . . 10 x 10 and 10 x 13.  That was so eight years ago!  Things have changed, but this "traditional" RE/MAX concept is still available. 

Your cost is $1,395 per month . . . and you keep your commissions.  (That's $16,740 per year.)

SHARED OFFICE

 

 

A budget-minded option is a semi-private office.  Usually, these are accomodated as a "buddy" system or a "team."  Typically, you share a 10 x 13 space with another top producer.

Your cost is reduced to $1,195 per month . . . and you keep your commissions.  (That's only $14,340 per year.)

HOME OFFICE

We designed our building to accomodate "home-office" agents, with amazing common areas designed to provide a productive space in which to conduct business.  This is an ideal alternative for an agent who wishes to base their activities at home, but have complete use of all common facilities for meeting clients and conducting business. 

Your cost is only $995 per month . . . and you keep your commissions.  (That's only $11,940 per year.)
